Why is Women empowerment training important?


Women’s leadership and empowerment identifies that all expressive and lasting change commences with the inner work we do to transmute our outer conduct. Women’s leadership and empowerment skills and capability endure reinforcing with practice, reflection, and relationships that provide reliable and hard feedback and support. It seeks to address the larger legacy of bias and imbalance in our decision-making, organizations, enterprises, and society at large. Women in India are no longer treated as showpieces to be held in reserve at home. They are also relishing the impact of globalization and making an influence not only on domestic but also on an international compass. Women are doing a wonderful job striking a balance between their house and career.

Women empowerment training is essential as it is an inspiration for all other women who struggle to accomplish great heights in their lives. Taking the Women empowerment training for females as it is very significant because subsequent to training, each one of us can be there where they are right now. All we need have is trust in ourselves, self-confidence and above all a fixed goal that we need effort towards. The present study is directed on women's leadership and empowerment to evaluate the factors important for Women empowerment training.

The prime data was composed using a planned survey intended for evaluating the factors leading to women's leadership and empowerment at the workplace by framing 20 statements. The questionnaire was administered on 50 respondents including corporate, academicians, and professionals. The main factors of women's elevation leadership development were identified using factor analysis by taking into account the Eigen morals of factors, factor loadings, and assignment of variables. Based on the Eigen moral and factor loadings, seven factors were recognized based upon their features which help in Women empowerment training as well:

  • Impact, mentions an individual, is an apparent degree of influence over consequences in one’s work and family environments. In other words, an individual must have the chance to use influence to influence results at work.

  • Self-determination denotes women's leadership and empowerment to internal need to control the environment. It is also definite as women’s need to make a choice, to initiate and control actions or to choose the procedure and work behaviors at work.


  • Being meaningful the work done by women staff should be treated as appreciated. They evaluate the job based on their standards and sense that they are doing something meaningful.

  • Professional growth denotes to women’s leadership and empowerment in a job and feels more professional evolution in their career.


  • Independence in decision-making, Independent women are treated to be empowered and decide on their peculiar.

  •  Competence and self-efficacy point at one’s work role efficiency or personal mastery; women must feel that they are capable to engage in the behaviors essential by the organization or family. Thus, empowerment is about self-actualization and capability. Competence and self-efficacy refer to enable women to be confident in their capacity to make the right choices.


  • Trust Empowerment is linked with trust. Trust makes an atmosphere for empowerment and grows in such an atmosphere. Trust needs values like harmony and maturity. Empowerment cannot be installed like the software but must be fully-fledged.
